Checking Bolt Tension A Month Later

Just enter the temperature, get a good signal,
and record the new tension.

  
 

SureBolt automatically sets the pointer to the same position and shows you last month's temperature when the bolt had zero tension.

Notice how today's 23.9 deg C temperature is 1.8 deg C higher than last month. Then notice the left pointing red arrow, showing how temperature caused the echo to delay 0.012 usec.

Now for the tricky part. You need to get the transducer positioned very similar to last month's reading. Just keep positioning the transducer until the echo looks very similar. Isn't it nice that SureBolt lets you see last month's echo?
