Ready To Monitor & Record Your Bolt Tension

This is what the screen looks like before you add tension to your bolt.

 

 

Remember, manufacturer #1 wants to keep track of three things:

  1. Bolt tension (lbs tension)
  2. Torque wrench settings to get the proper bolt tensions (ft-lbs)
  3. Any misc. notes that may affect bolt tension (technician's name, serial number of torque wrench, ... etc.) These notes will remain unchanged bolt to bolt until you type something different into the Field Notes box. This way the technician does not have to re-enter this information for every bolt.
